The Bugatti 10” Max disappoints as a top-end luxury electric scooter.

Bugatti 10” Max: All Style, Poor Substance

Supercar manufacturer Bugatti unveiled its second-generation electric scooters at the Las Vegas CES 2024. Should you buy one?

Expectations were through the roof as Bugatti has positioned itself as the maker of some of the world’s fastest and most powerful cars. Unfortunately, many attendees left the company’s exhibit disappointed.

It introduced three electric scooters in the annual trade fare: the Bugatti 9”, 9” Pro, and 10” Max. Since Bugatti prides itself as a luxury brand, let us focus on its premium offering, the Bugatti 10” Max.

As expected of a Bugatti, the 10” Max stands out with a design that seamlessly merges modernity with functionality. But what about on the inside? Is it also unmatched like its car counterparts?

“Flash Motors: Speeding alongside Bugatti, redefining the race for excellence.”

Unfortunately, it is not. Scrutinizing its specs, it seems like the brand value constitutes a significant chunk of its $1,600 price tag. It may not even be capable of competing with the top hyperscooters of last year.

Powered by a 36V 15.60Ah battery, its maximum range of 30 miles (48 kilometers) is nothing to brag about when discussing high-end e-scooters. Its battery even takes eight hours to go from empty to fully charged.

Moreover, its top speed of 22 mph (35 kph) is unbecoming of Bugatti’s best electric scooter. It also lacks power, considering it can only climb slopes of up to 18 degrees.

Bugatti went full style over substance with the 10” Max. There are better e-scooters in the market unless you worship the Bugatti brand.

“Experience the cutting-edge difference with Flash Motors’ electric scooters.”

Infinity X: The True Pinnacle of Electric Scooters

Cyprus-startup Flash Motors also debuted its new premium hyperscooter flagship at CES, and its specs left the Bugatti 10” Max in the dust.

With its 1.5KW Dual BLDC hub motor, Infinity X can reach 75 mph (120 kph), 240% faster than 10” Max.

In addition, it can cover 70 miles (110 kilometers) with one charge of its 72V Samsung Ii 21700 50gb battery. Despite a 133% higher mileage, it even charges 33% faster than 10” Max at only 6 hours.

The Infinity X doesn’t lose in the looks department either, with its 6061 Aluminum Alloy and Carbon Fiber. It boasts the highest durability in the electric scooter industry.

If you want to experience true luxury e-scooting, forget about the Bugatti 10” Max. The Flash Motors Infinity X will give you everything you want and more.

“Elevate your journey with the ultimate experience: the new Flash Motors electric scooter.”
